The latest thinking in innovation management — ideal for conventions, and as discussion starters in management workshops.
Lasting from twenty minutes to one hour, and using the language of business, our talks are well illustrated, powerful and authoritative.
This two-day course focuses on the mindsets and skills needed to move an idea from a creative spark, to new value for the company. The course encourages and empowers managers to manage innovation within their own areas of influence.
Managing Innovation is currently delivered in seven countries.
Managing Innovation — Train-the-Trainers
Many educators and trainers express interest in being licensed to deliver the Managing Innovation training course. For these people, CENTRIM offers an intensive two-week customised training programme.
Licences have been awarded to more than forty of CENTRIM's trainees.
From years of researching, training and putting innovation into practice, we feel a commitment to share this knowledge and experience with innovation consultants and advisers. This four-week modular programme:
- develops the capacity and skills of participants in influencing innovation
- provides assessment tools, organisation change tools, processes and methods for developing the innovative capability of clients.
CI of CI (continuous improvement of continuous improvement)
This one-day course is for managers who wish to improve their company's continuous improvement or kaizen programmes. It builds on our breakthrough work Continuous Improvement for Competitive Advantage (CIRCA).
